Shelf life extensions using CA FILMS based packaging for a variety of fruits, vegetables completed at MORE, New Delhi, India.
Shelf Extension trials were conducted in two Phases.
In Phase 1.
Leafy Vegetables, including spinach, round gourd, bitter gourd and french beans at 32 C were tested.
Shelf life of various Leafy Vegetables extended to 5+ days. See test report.
In Phase 2.
Shelf life of banana, tomato and sponge gourd being tested at 32 C. See test report.
